Sara Beth DeLisle and Anna Saunders of our Birmingham (AL) office earned a summary judgment in Madison County, Alabama. They represented a national home warranty company who had been sued by homeowners for negligence, gross negligence, wantonness, breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of the implied warranty of workmanship. Summary judgment was granted for the home warranty company on all counts and they were dismissed from the case.
