Daughtry and Booth obtain arbitrator’s decision in favor of employer

Bricker S. Daughtry and Brad J. Booth in the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office recently obtained an arbitrator’s decision in favor of an employer in a union grievance arbitration.  The union alleged the thirty year employee had been terminated without cause in violation of the collective bargaining agreement.
