Carr Allison Welcomes Attorney Bill Gwaltney

Tallahassee native William W. Gwaltney has joined Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office as an associate where his practice will focus on retail and hospitality, first-party insurance, health care and construction claims.  An AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Bill has represented clients in state and federal courts in a wide array of matters related to commercial litigation, Section 1983 and administrative law.  He has also handled matters of estate planning and trust administration.

 

After serving in the U.S. Navy, Bill returned to Tallahassee where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.  Bill received his law degree from Mercer University (GA) and began his legal career working in South Florida before returning to Tallahassee once again in 2008.

 

Bill enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending Florida State athletic events, serving in his church, volunteering as a guardian ad litem and serving on the Board at Young Actors Theatre.
