Baker Sworn In As Mississippi Bar President

Jenny Tyler Baker of our Gulfport (MS) office was sworn in as Mississippi Bar President last month. Accompanied by her family along with past president, Blake Teller, she was sworn in by Chief Justice Mike Randolph at the Mississippi Bar’s Annual Business Session. We are excited to see the work Jenny accomplishes throughout the year.

Sausaman Wins Motion to Dismiss

Carr Allison shareholder Alison H. Sausaman of the Jacksonville (FL) office won a motion to dismiss filed on behalf of a large transportation employer. After three rounds of moving to dismiss the complaint, the federal court dismissed all six counts with prejudice. Great Results!
