    Andrew P. Anderson is a shareholder in the Birmingham (AL) office of Carr Allison and is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group.  Andy’s primary areas of practice include general insurance defense litigation, premises liability litigation, transportation litigation, including cargo and freight claims.

    After receiving his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University (AL), Andy earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL) where he was a member of the Cumberland Law Review.  Andy has been AV-rated through Martindale-Hubbell and listed to the Mid-South Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list from 2014-2017.
