Anderson Published in National Transportation Journal

Carr Allison’s Andrew P. Anderson has been published in the April 2019 issue of The Transportation Lawyer, a national publication of the Transportation Lawyers Association.  Because motor carriers must comply with various state and federal financial responsibility requirements, the article,  “The Use of State Financial Responsibility Regulations to Create Coverage,” examines the financial responsibility requirements for motor carriers and their use to create insurance coverage which would otherwise not exist.

Andy is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Birmingham, AL office where his practice primarily focuses on general insurance defense and transportation litigation, including cargo and freight claims.  To read the complete article please click HERE.
