Judson W. Wells, Sr., a Carr Allison shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge (1997-2007), recently returned to the Mobile County District Court to serve as a judge. At the request of Judge Jay York, Judge Wells presided over Judge York’s criminal docket of June 3, 2014.
Judge Wells stated: “It was an honor to preside over Judge York’s docket on June 3rd. I am always happy to assist the judicial system in my role as a retired trial judge”.
