Zwilling to Present Webinar on How to Recognize and Handle Potential Employment Claims

Front-line supervisors and managers are oftentimes not trained to recognize potential employment claims.  The best time to prevent a lawsuit, though, is when an issue is first raised by an employee.  This webinar, presented by Melisa C. Zwilling, will cover some of the basic employment laws about which all supervisors and managers should be aware and include tips for appropriate first responses to the same.

This webinar is approved for one hour of continuing education credit by the Department of Insurance in the following states:  AL, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, ME, MA, NH, NC, OK, RI, TX, WV, and WY.

This webinar is also approved for one hour of professional development credit by HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Managers) for Human Resource Professionals.

One hour of professional development credit is pending and expected for HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute).
