Carr Allison Shareholder Judson W. Wells spoke at the judicial investiture of Mobile County District Judge Johana Bucci and Mobile County Probate Judge Mark Erwin in January. Judson discussed the character and traits of the new judges and delivered congratulations and best wishes to Judge Bucci and Judge Erwin on behalf of the MBA. A retired Alabama District Court Judge, Judson currently serves as the 2025 Mobile Bar Association President.
Alison H. Sausaman of our Jacksonville (FL) office prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in federal court on behalf of a national convenience store chain. The court agreed that rain on an asphalt parking lot was not a dangerous condition and granted final judgment in our client’s favor.
