Carr Allison shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge, Judson W. Wells, Sr. recently spoke on “The Mediation Process” for the Mobile Legal Professional Association.
Judge Wells often serves as a mediator by court appointment and by private retention. He has served on the roster of mediators with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution since 2008.
Alison H. Sausaman of our Jacksonville (FL) office prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in federal court on behalf of a national convenience store chain. The court agreed that rain on an asphalt parking lot was not a dangerous condition and granted final judgment in our client’s favor.
