Darmer Presents at DRI Product Liability Conference

Angel A. Darmer of Carr Allison and Scott D. Raszeja of AEI Corporation co-presented at DRI’s Product Liability Conference in New Orleans on Friday, February 7, 2020.  The theme of their presentation was: The Ubiquitous Printed Circuit Board – Case Studies in Hardware Failure.   They provided attendees with an insider’s guide on the design, assembly, and use issues that can lead to product failures and coordinating with expert witnesses to prepare a legal defense to resulting products liability claims.

Darmer is a shareholder with Carr Allison in the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office.  Darmer’s litigation practice is primarily focused on the defense of local, regional and national manufacturers, distributors, retailers and restaurants in class actions, personal injury, premises liability and products liability matters.
