Bashinski Featured Speaker for CLE Alabama Update

Hayden Bashinski, an attorney resident in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office, will be a featured speaker at the 2019 Alabama Update Seminar offered by CLE Alabama.  The seminar will be held on December 4 in Tuscaloosa at the University of Alabama School of Law and December 19 in Birmingham at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Hoover.  Attorneys attending the program in person or online are eligible for six MCLE credit hours, including one ethics hour.  Hayden will present the Employment Law Update which will focus on important changes in case law, regulations and administrative guidelines.

Hayden’s litigation practice focuses on defending clients in a wide variety of employment matters across the Southeast, with experience in matters pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, administrative personnel boards and agencies, as well as state and federal courts.  In addition, Hayden provides counseling and guidance to clients on employee handbooks and policies, disciplinary investigations and significant personnel decisions.
