Martin Awarded Defense Lawyer of the Year

Shareholder Sean W. Martin (Chattanooga, TN) has been named the 2019 Defense Lawyer of the Year!  Announced at the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (TDLA), the award is given to the TDLA member who has made significant contributions to advancing the civil defense practice in Tennessee.  Sean’s nomination stated: “Sean routinely goes above and beyond to advocate on behalf of his clients…Sean’s push to think of creative solutions to plaintiff’s claims goes well beyond the ordinary litigation.”  Congrats Sean!  Carr Allison is very proud of you.
