Benjamin W. Buck, Jr. Joins Carr Allison Tallahassee

Carr Allison is pleased to announce that Benjamin Waldo Buck, Jr.  has joined our Tallahassee, Florida office.  Ben’s litigation practice will include the areas of workers’ compensation, insurance defense, premises liability and labor and employment.  He also has experience in the areas of taxation, probate and estate planning.  Ben is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ben earned his BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Miami. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, cum laude, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.  While in law school, Ben served as a certified legal intern for Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office.  He also earned an LLM in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, as well as an International Tax Law Certificate.
