Judson Wells Returns to Mobile County District Court

Judson W. Wells, Sr., a Carr Allison Shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge (1997-2007), has returned to the Mobile County District Court to serve as a judge frequently over the last few months.  At the request of the judges of the Mobile County District Court, Judge Wells presided over eight (8) separate criminal dockets held in August and November, 2016, when the Court was in need of assistance.

Judge Wells stated:  “It was an honor to preside over several Mobile County District Court criminal dockets in the last few months of 2016.  I am always happy to assist the judicial system in my role as a supernumerary trial judge”.

Judge Wells also was recently appointed by Mobile County Presiding Circuit Judge Charles Graddick as a Special Judge to preside over a civil case in Mobile County Small Claims Court.
