Allan Jones, Shareholder in our Birmingham office, recently prepared the Alabama chapter to the Defense Research Institute’s 2016 Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Insurance Compendium. This Compendium is used by insurance claims professionals and staff throughout the nation as a vital tool for claims handling on a multi-state basis. Shareholder Thomas Carpenter, from our Gulfport office, prepared the Mississippi contribution to the Compendium, and was also the National Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Compendium, responsible for editing and oversight of the 51 states and districts which have chapters in the Compendium.
