Jeffrey A. Foster serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office where his practice includes the defense of commercial litigation, professional liability, construction litigation and government torts and public liability matters.
Prior to joining Carr Allison, Jeff served as an assistant state attorney for nearly seven years. During this time he conducted numerous felony jury trials involving homicide, aggravated battery, narcotics and armed burglary. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science from the University of West Florida, majoring in political science, and was named Political Science Student of the Year in 2005. Jeff was on the Dean’s list every year and a member of both the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center (DC), where he was named a Law Center scholar. While in law school, he clerked at the United States Department of Homeland Security and worked as a research assistant at Georgetown Law, where he assisted in drafting a casebook for a seminar taught at Georgetown.
A proud father of four sons, Jeff enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Kristeen and their family.
