    Evan P. Baggett is a shareholder in the firm’s Birmingham (AL) office.  Evan’ s practice concentrates on medical malpractice and transportation matters within the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  He has defended a wide range of cases in state and federal courts, including construction defect, insurance coverage, fraud, motor carrier litigation and premises liability.

    Evan received his Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors, from Rhodes College (TN) and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as the senior editor of the Journal of Law & Psychology and a member of the Farrah Law Society.

    Evan has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers on the Rising Stars list since 2017.
