Professional Profile
Trey Wimberly serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Gulfport (MS) office. His practice focuses on the defense of personal injury, insurance, premises liability and transportation matters.
Trey brings more than 23 years of litigation experience to his practice. He has represented businesses, insurers, transportation companies and other clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. He has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent® rating and was selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyers® Rising Star from 2010 through 2018.
Trey earned his Bachelor of Arts in English literature, with honors, from Louisiana State University. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as senior editor of the Alabama Law Review.
Outside of the office, Trey resides in Gulfport and is active in his local church community.
