Lydia J. Henderson is an associate in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. Her practice focuses on appellate advocacy and defending government torts and public liability and construction matters.

Lydia has experience handling appeals from inception to completion, including preparation of all appellate briefs, motions and oral arguments.

Lydia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a minor in English from the University of North Florida. She then earned her Master of Arts degree in political science from Florida Atlantic University. After completing her MA, Lydia earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law.

In her free time, Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and watching British whodunits.
