Carr Allison’s appellate group is led by an experienced core of trial attorneys who have made the art of advocacy their area of expertise. Our appellate group utilizes its unique advocacy skills and persuasive abilities in handling appeals on behalf of our clients in state and federal courts. We have successfully prosecuted and defended appeals of cases we have handled through judgment, as well as interlocutory appeals and applications for extraordinary writs.

In addition, Carr Allison’s appellate attorneys are often asked to assist with appeals and retrials of cases initially tried by other counsel. Our attorneys have also been involved with submitting amicus curiae briefs on important legal issues.
