Professional Profile

Stav Bottner serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) and Brunswick (GA) offices. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia, focusing on matters involving premises liability, retail and hospitality, transportation, general liability and professional liability. Stav is also admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the US District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.

Before joining Carr Allison, Stav worked for other national civil defense firms defending insurance companies and corporations, represented clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation and disability claims. In addition, he represented corporations in a General Counsel capacity.

Earning his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law as part of its inaugural “fast track” program, Stav also holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and criminal justice from the University of Central Florida.

When not practicing law, Stav enjoys non-fiction reading, recreational activities and traveling.
