William “Bill” Graham’s practice involves a wide variety of commercial practice areas including commercial litigation, business transactions and business law. His transactional work has included the formation and development of corporations, not for profit entities, LLC’s and partnerships. Over the past 15 years, Bill has represented numerous counties throughout North and Central Florida. He regularly provides defense representation to local governments on a wide array of tort claims. These claims have ranged from simple slip and falls to wrongful death claims. He is experienced in law enforcement misconduct claims and has successfully defended a class action involving state and local law enforcement and correctional facilities. Additionally, he is experienced at negotiating and drafting business transactions including sales contracts, shareholder agreements and operating agreements addressing control issues, voting and corporate governance.
Bill has represented corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of commercial litigation practice areas including business litigation, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and insolvencies, contract disputes and business torts.
