Tosha D. Fernandez serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. Her practice focuses on defending matters of premises liability, personal injury, transportation and government torts and public liability. She is admitted to practice in Florida.

Tosha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in East Asian languages and literature. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Tosha served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy, where she focused her studies on international law.

Tosha’s prior experience includes working for a boutique law firm in Gainesville, where she served as Counsel to several cities and handled cases ranging from personal injury to family law and property and contract disputes. She then opened her own practice in her hometown, enjoying a successful practice for several years before deciding to join the Carr Allison team.

In her free time, Tosha enjoys beach days with her family and making beaded jewelry.
