Sienna L.M. Osta serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Orlando (FL) office. Her practice focuses on the defense of premises liability and personal injury. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the US District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Sienna earned her Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences with a minor in political science from the University of South Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she served as class senator and received multiple awards, including the Book Award for appellate advocacy, negotiation skills and research and writing.
Sienna is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FLDA), the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. She also serves as Guardian ad Litem in the State of Florida and is a frequent speaker on topics such as domestic violence, legal reform and missing persons. Sienna has been a guest speaker for the Women’s March and numerous organizations throughout the state of Florida. She previously ran for the Florida State House and drafted proposed legislation addressing missing persons. She is also the creator of JUSTUS – Just Unapologetic, Shameless Transparency for a Better U.S. Her article, “The Importance of Jury Trials,” was published in Lawyer magazine.
Outside of her practice, Sienna enjoys mentoring law students, traveling, writing and spending time with her family.
