Professional Profile

Robert A. Fischer serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Mobile (AL) office. His practice focuses on defending matters of premises liability, transportation and complex litigation. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi.

Robert began his career drafting estate planning and asset protection documents, including wills and trusts. He then gained experience reviewing and analyzing confidential corporate documents for large-scale discovery projects. Robert went on to litigate motor vehicle accident and insurance cases, where he deposed parties and expert witnesses, prepared discovery responses, advised on settlement strategy and drafted litigation reports. Most recently, he handled cases from start to resolution where he was handling motions, oral arguments and client advisement across a range of disputes.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Alabama with a major in psychology and a minor in business administration. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, Robert was a member of the moot court board and associate editor of the Mississippi College Law Review.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and his dog, Otter. He is a fan of Auburn sports, the Dallas Stars and Atlanta’s professional sports teams.
