Nicole M. Harlan is a shareholder in the Gulfport (MS) office where her practice focuses primarily on defense of civil litigation for insurers, insureds and self-insured corporations in a variety of litigation including but not limited to issues involving automobile and trucking litigation accidents, workers’ compensation and premises liability.

Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from Mississippi State University and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was a member of the St. Thomas More Society. While in law school, Nikki worked as a law clerk for Justice Ann Lamar of the Supreme Court of Mississippi. She also spent time as a legal intern for the Honorable Judge Jaye Bradley of the Jackson County Chancery Court in Pascagoula (MS).

Nikki is an active member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Harrison County Bar Association, having served both as a coastal director for the Young Lawyers Division. She is also active with USLAW and serves on the MWCEA steering committee.
