Chancey Miller is a shareholder at Carr Allison in the Chattanooga (TN) office, where his practice focuses on general litigation, premises liability, commercial litigation, construction, transportation, and workers’ compensation matters.
Chancey graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Business Administration in Business Analytics. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution. While in law school, he received multiple The Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Excellence for the Future Awards® and was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and Transactions: Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
In his practice, Chancey has successfully defended clients in cases throughout Tennessee. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for commercial litigation, personal injury litigation – defendants, and workers’ compensation law – employers.
Outside his practice, Chancey enjoys spending time with his wife Shayla, daughters Marlowe and Mila, and their little terrier Maizey. He is a proud fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and Atlanta Braves.
