Rocco G. Marucci serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office. His practice focuses on defending personal injury, insurance, premises liability and general litigation matters.
Rocco brings more than 30 years of litigation and trial experience to his practice. He has represented clients in jury and non-jury trials throughout Florida and has handled matters involving personal injury, insurance defense, administrative law, criminal defense, matrimonial law and general litigation. Prior to joining Carr Allison, Rocco maintained a private litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale while serving as a Traffic Magistrate for Broward County. He later continued his career in North Florida with both a statewide defense firm and a local plaintiff firm.
Rocco earned his Bachelor of Arts in pschology and liberal arts from Drew University (NJ), where he was a four-year varsity baseball letterman and team captain. He then earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law (FL). While in law school, he was a member of the moot court trial team, earned multiple book awards and served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office.
Outside of the office, Rocco enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, playing golf and watching team sports.
