Reese Thompson is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. His practice focuses on defending matters of insurance and professional liability.

Reese earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in advertising with a minor in creative writing. He then worked with a marketing firm that specialized in creating internal marketing campaigns for banks and other financial institutions.

After his time at the marketing firm, Reese earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). While in law school, he served as a Caruthers Fellow and was an associate editor (vol. 47) and editor-in-chief (vol. 48) of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.

In his free time, Reese enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, trying new restaurants around Birmingham and watching Alabama football and basketball.
