Jeremy Taylor, a native Mobilian and shareholder in the firm’s Mobile (AL) office, handles major litigation involving catastrophic injury, fatalities and damages, primarily in the areas of transportation and heavy industry. He is an active member of the firm’s transportation GO TEAM, having responded to scores of catastrophic accidents, dozens of those involving fatalities. Jeremy regularly handles the defense of multi-million-dollar cases. During his 25 years of law practice, he has mediated hundreds of cases, and he has tried many cases in the State and Federal Courts of South Alabama.
Jeremy has earned an AV Preeminent® rating from his peers through the Martindale-Hubbell® peer review process. He is the former chair of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He has spoken at ABA events, including Transportation Mega-Conferences, the Trucking Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute, the Mobile Bar Association and the Baldwin County Bar Association.
Jeremy is the past president of the board of the Child Day Care Association, a non-profit, early childhood development center in the Mobile area, which is the oldest active child care provider in Alabama.
Jeremy and his wife, Rachael, a nurse practitioner, have two children, Will and Claire, who are in college in Florida and Mississippi respectively.
