Professional Profile

Yaima Holzman serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Orlando (FL) office. Her practice focuses on premises liability, personal injury and medical malpractice defense. Yaima brings more than a decade of experience representing corporations, healthcare providers and individuals in both state and federal courts across Florida and Alabama.

Prior to joining Carr Allison, Yaima has years of experience defending hospitals, medical professionals and corporate clients in complex litigation matters including appeals.

Yaima earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Carlos Abizu University (FL). She then earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she concentrated on litigation, health law and public health policy. Following law school, Yaima earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Central Florida.

When she is not in the office, Yaima enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She is an active member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and the City of Orlando Pottery Studio.
