Triston is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. He focuses his practice on defending matters involving workers’ compensation and general litigation.

Triston has previous experience in workers’ compensation, managing everything from initial case evaluations through negotiating settlement agreements.

Triston earned his BA from the University of Alabama in commerce and business administration, magna cum laude. He then completed his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). While in law school, he was involved with the First Generation Law Students Association and the Intellectual Property Society.

In his free time, Triston enjoys spending time with his wife Alexis and their dog Luna. Most weekends, you can find him on the golf course, exercising or cooking for his family.
