Tristan Sulser is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. His practice focuses on defending labor and employment and professional liability claims.

After earning his BA from Auburn University (AL), Tristan earned his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL), achieving Dean’s List recognition multiple semesters. While in law school, he was a Saad Moot Court finalist, ABA National Moot Court Team member, Senior Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, Student Health Lawyers Association member and recipient of the CALI award for Healthcare Transactions.

When he’s not working, Tristan enjoys playing golf, attending concerts and binge-watching shows with his wife.
