Shannon Posada is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the US District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Her practice focuses on insurance, general litigation, commercial litigation and transportation. She has participated in more than 100 trials and thousands of court hearings, has authored appellate briefs and has presented oral arguments in state and federal court.

Shannon graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in public relations. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law, where she was a member of the Memphis Law Review, competed in Moot Court and Mock Trial and received awards for legal writing and oral advocacy.

Shannon is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel and previously served as chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, hiking, mountain biking, competitive shooting, scuba diving and photography.
