Robert Elder is an associate in Carr Allison’s Chattanooga (TN) office. His practice focuses on defending matters of premises liability, transportation and construction.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in criminology from Florida State University. While at Florida State, he participated on the Seminole football team as an offensive lineman. Robert then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Memphis Moot Court Board, articles editor and staff member of The University of Memphis Law Review and a research assistant. Robert also won awards such as the Top Advocate Award and the Dean’s Award for Excellence.

In his free time, Robert enjoys watching football, playing golf, staying active and spending time with his golden retriever, Winnie.
