Melanie Lehmann is an associate in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office where she practices in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, construction and transportation.  Melanie is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Melanie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida with a major in English and a minor in mass communications.  She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While in law school, Melanie was awarded a pro bono certificate for outstanding achievement for providing more than 105 pro bono hours.  She also held multiple editorial positions with the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, including general editor, senior article editor and executive article editor. 

Melanie is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Safe Babies Court Team.  She also serves as an attorney ad litem.

As a native of Jacksonville and “double gator”, Melanie is a huge University of Florida fan.  She also enjoys many fitness activities and spending time with family and friends.
