Joseph Ingram is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. His practice focuses on the defense of transportation, personal injury, medical malpractice and commercial litigation claims.

Josh has contributed to the resolution of multiple transportation cases involving several parties and plaintiffs. He successfully argued a motion to set aside a default judgment on behalf of a transportation client, briefed a novel issue of Alabama law and has participated in multiple vehicle inspections.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). He was on the Dean’s List throughout law school and served as the Assistant Acquisitions Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, Vol. 54. While in law school, he also simultaneously earned his MBA at the Brock School of Business at Samford.

Originally from Hattiesburg (MS), Josh now calls Birmingham home with his wife and their dog, Eddy. A certified CrossFit instructor, he can be found coaching at his gym in his free time. He also enjoys outdoor activities, including golfing, hiking and canoeing.
