Jennifer Baker is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. Her practice focuses on defending matters involving commercial motor vehicle liability and governmental liability, as well as Medicare Secondary Payer issues.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida and before the US District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Jennifer graduated from the University of Georgia, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. She earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). While in law school, she served as the research and writing editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Jennifer is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
Jennifer grew up in a small town in north Georgia. She and her husband live in Jacksonville, her husband’s hometown, with their two daughters. Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid runner and novice tennis player. She looks forward to Saturdays in the Fall when she can cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs.
