Jennifer S. Baker is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office.  Her practice focuses on Medicare secondary payer issues and first-party property claims.  Jennifer represents insurers in state and federal courts throughout Florida.  She also frequently speaks at seminars and conferences across the country.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL).  While in law school, she served as research and writing editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.

Jennifer grew up in a small town in North Georgia at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She moved to Athens (GA) to attend college (Go Dawgs!) and then Birmingham (AL) for law school.  Jennifer lived in Birmingham for ten years before she and her family relocated to Jacksonville (FL) to be closer to family.  Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their lab and visiting the beach every chance she gets.
