Jennifer Haley-Gleason is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee, Florida office where her practice focuses on workers’ compensation. She has practiced law for 24 years and has defended employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases throughout Florida, including mediations, hearings, depositions, evidentiary and non-evidentiary hearings and preparing and arguing appeals.
Licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia, Jennifer is certified to practice in the Middle and Northern United Stated District Courts of Florida. The United States Department of Veterans Affairs certified her to prosecute claims before their Administrative Hearing Department and she has argued cases in Florida before the First District Court of Appeals and the Law Enforcement Qualifications Board.
A 1996 graduate of Stetson University College of Law (FL), Jennifer clerked with the United States Attorney’s Office – Civil Division in Tampa, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judge David Demers, Orange County Florida’s County Attorney’s Office and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s Public Defender’s Office. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from Stetson University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever.
