Jeffrey G. Miller is a shareholder with Carr Allison and practices in the firm’s Birmingham (AL) office. The focus of his practice is in the area of transportation law. He represents motor carriers in truck accident litigation defense, and he is also part of the firm’s truck accident rapid response team.
Jeff graduated from Birmingham-Southern College (AL) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL), where he served as chief justice of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board during his senior year.
Jeff is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama. Jeff is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
Jeff and his wife Dana have four children. Outside of work, Jeff most enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids as well as reading and watching Alabama football.
