Professional Profile

Jared Davenport is an associate in Carr Allison’s Chattanooga (TN) office, bringing dedication and precision to defending companies, insurers and individuals in a wide variety of matters including premises liability, construction, transportation, insurance coverage and professional liability.

With experience covering a breadth of legal areas, Jared is well versed in all facets of pre-trial litigation from drafting pleadings to mediations. His attention to detail allows him to craft the best strategies for his clients.

After earning his BA from the University of the South (TN), Jared went on to earn his JD from the University of Memphis (TN). While in law school, he was involved in Moot Court Board, on the executive boards for multiple student organizations and earned the CALI Award of Excellence Bioethics and the Law.

After beginning his legal career in Memphis, Jared returned home to the Chattanooga area to continue his work representing insurance carriers and their insureds.

As a former collegiate baseball player, Jared enjoys watching both college and professional baseball in his free time. When he’s not working, Jared enjoys playing the drums and spending time with his wife Sierra and their dog, Seven.
