J. Skye Wellesley is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Atlanta (GA) office. His practice focuses on defending matters of general litigation, transportation, construction, aviation, retail and hospitality and premises liability. Skye maintains an active practice in Georgia in both state and federal courts representing individuals, corporations and insurers in significant injury cases.

As a trial lawyer, Skye aims to provide top-notch legal services to his clients. He has handled cases in all stages of litigation from claim investigation to initial pleading, discovery and trial or arbitration. Skye has orchestrated cases involving products liability, aviation, construction, negligent security and premises liability, environmental, trucking and fire loss. Skye brings extensive first-chair trial experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict with a high level of success.

Skye earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history and his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Presbyterian College (SC). He then earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law (LA).

In his free time, Skye enjoys fly-fishing, golf and watching college football.
