J. Skye Wellesley is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Atlanta (GA) office. His practice focuses on defending matters of general litigation, transportation, construction, aviation, retail and hospitality and premises liability. Skye maintains an active practice in Georgia in both state and federal courts representing individuals, corporations and insurers in significant injury cases.

As a trial lawyer, Skye aims to provide top-notch legal services to his clients. He has handled cases in all stages of litigation from claim investigation to initial pleading, discovery and trial or arbitration.
