Emily Barry is an associate in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. Her practice focuses on defending matters of premises liability, retail and hospitality and transportation.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in politics, philosophy and economics from Suffolk University (MA). While completing her undergraduate degree, she was the treasurer of the Mock Trial Team, a senator for the Student Government Association and a research analysis contributor for the American Bar Association Civics National DAPA Research Poll.

Emily then earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, she was a member of the Business Law Association, Tax Law Association and Phi Delta Phi Fraternity International Legal Honor Society.

In her free time, Emily enjoys running and skiing. She is also semi-proficient in Spanish.
