Colin W.H. Haley is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. His practice focuses on defending matters of transportation, construction and premises liability.

Colin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and Bachleor of Science degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University. After graduating from NC State University, he was employed as a Business Systems Analyst for FIS Global, implementing upgrades to commodities exchange software for markets across the world.

Colin then earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school, Colin was awarded membership in the University of Mississippi Business Law Institute, where he was placed as an intern at Yates Construction, assisting general counsel with drafting and negotiating project contracts.

In his free time, Colin enjoys going to the gym, traveling and watching Ole Miss athletics.
