Clayton S. Welch is an associate in Carr Allison’s Gulfport (MS) office. His practice is focused on defending clients in matters involving general litigation, premises liability, workers’ compensation and insurance. Clayton is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee.

In addition to his legal practice, Clayton serves as a Tactical Air Control Party Specialist in the Mississippi Air National Guard. He has been deployed overseas in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Clayton earned his Bachelor of Science in political science from Mississippi College and his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law. While in law school, he served as president of the Military Justice Society.

Outside of his practice, Clayton enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife and two children.
