Professional Profile

Claire Bader serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office. Her practice focuses on defending matters of workers’ compensation.

Before joining Carr Allison, Claire worked in criminal law, civil litigation and civil defense. She first served as an assistant public defender in Fort Lauderdale (FL), where she managed cases including, but not limited to, driving under the influence (DUI), driving while license suspended (DWLS), assault, battery, theft offenses, domestic violence cases and drug possession charges. Later, Claire worked as an attorney, focusing on matters involving labor.

Claire earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and public relations with a minor in sociology from the University of Central Florida. She then earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law (FL). While in law school, Claire was a member of and mentor for the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, a member of the International Moot Court, served on the Executive Board of the Jewish Law Students Association, earned the Pro Bono Commendation Award and won the CALI Award for Externship Excellence.

In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time with her family. She is also fluent in French.
