Carolyn Gachet serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Orlando (FL) office. Her practice focuses on defending matters regarding premises liability. She is admitted to practice in Florida.

Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with highest distinction from Emory University. She also earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in molecular biology and microbiology. Carolyn earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board.

Carolyn has experience in premises liability, insurance defense, personal injury protection (PIP), auto glass, plaintiff bodily injury from car accidents, automobile subrogation, where she represented a national insurance company, debt collection and construction defect litigation.

Prior to joining Carr Allison, she also created an online bar exam tutoring company and honed her skills in high-volume civil litigation. Carolyn’s diverse background and emphasis on customer service enable her to provide creative solutions for her clients.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys traveling, exercising and fine dining experiences.
