Caleb A. Faulkner is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office, where his practice focuses on defending clients in matters involving worker’s compensation, personal injury, insurance and premises liability throughout the state of Alabama.

Caleb graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in finance, specializing in real estate, before earning his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). While at Cumberland, Caleb served as the editor-in-chief of Volume 42 of The American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He remains actively involved with the Cumberland School of Law, mentoring and speaking to law students.

Before joining Carr Allison, Caleb spent five years practicing family and domestic law in Birmingham. During this time, he frequently lectured on family and domestic law topics for legal education courses and contributed articles to The Alabama Lawyer and The Birmingham Bar Bulletin. A graduate of Class 13 of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Future Leaders Forum, Caleb now serves on the Future Leaders Forum Committee, which oversees the program and selects a new class each year. He has also held leadership roles within the Birmingham Bar Association, including vice president and his current role as an executive board member of the Young Lawyers Division.

Caleb, his wife Sarah and their two children live in Vestavia Hills and are actively involved in their church. In his free time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, watching Alabama football, hunting and fishing.
