Professional Profile

Johanna Harrington serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Orlando (FL) office. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims involving personal injury and transportation.

An experienced attorney, Johanna has represented businesses in suits involving FMLA, Title VII and EEOC charges. She orchestrated a discreet mediation involving racial discrimination and has been involved in several medical malpractice jury trials. Johnanna’s experience in the construction legal space includes the successful representation of contractors and sub-contractors in multi-party complex construction defect litigation claims.

An alumna of the University of Central Missouri with a major in history, Johanna earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Columbia. While in law school, she was a member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and a cartoonist for the law school’s newspaper.

When Johanna is away from the office, she enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and dogs.
